GREAT BLUE HERON

Thanks to the Cornell Lab of Ornithology for this breathtaking video showing not one, but two Great Blue Herons flying up to a branch near their nest ~ with the camera mounted at the spot where they land for an up-close-and-personal view unlikely with any spotting scope or pair of binoculars.  Also, click on the above image for a rare image of the GBH's full plumage.
