2. Stare at the red dot for 30 seconds ~ maintain focus.
3. Shift your gaze to a white wall or other blank space.
What do you see?
(Normally when we stare at a photo-positive image for this exercise, our eye and brain reverse it to a
photo-negative afterimage when we look away. Since this image is already a photo-negative, you should see the original photo-positive when you move your eyes away.)
